This is a holistic fitness programme that focuses on correct body posture and body awareness through a special combination of exercises following a natural breathing pattern.
Pilates offers concentration and guidance on managing specific body movement. It is excellent in targeting small, deep muscles in the body that other exercise regimes don’t reach as well as helping work larger muscles.
